Overhead Space
For standard hardware, you'll need at least 6 inches above the door for the track and wheels.
There are kits available for 4-5 inch clearance, but they look different and are more expensive than standard kits. If you fall in this range, contact us.
If you have less 6 inches, you can also use ceiling mount hardware. For using doors with ceiling mount hardware, you'll need to pre-select the hardware before we can determine door height. You can still move forward with design in the meantime, as all door under 8 ft tall are the same price.
Track and Wheel Hardware
Inquire for hardware prices. A typical black single door hardware kit as shown below cost $59 per door, subject to change. Inquire for exact hardware prices.
Handles
We can install any handle we can locate for order on the internet. The cost will be the same as the cost for the handle, plus an additional $15 if you'd like us to install the handle. We offer two standard handle options at predetermined cost:
Metal Bars
Metal Barns can be place on the flat side of the door, typically considered the back with all vertical boards. It is not uncommon for people to select the midrail or framed midrail style and either display the back or both sides. Price depends on door width and usually ranges from $30-$50 per bar.
